Receptionist Job Duties:-

1-Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party

2-Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices

3-Create and manage both digital and hardcopy filing systems for all partners

4-Make travel arrangements and schedule meetings based on all partners' itineraries

5-Deal with bookings by phone, e-mail, letter, fax or face-to-face

6-Complete procedures when Guests arrive and leave

7-Excellent communication and drafting skills.

8-Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel.
