Salary 14k to 15k

Experience 2 to 4 yrs

Job Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office

Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office

Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (. pens, forms and brochures)

Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

Ensuring that Front desk well maintained

Attending to candidates who come for interview.

Getting Application Form Filled

Skill Proven work experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Representative

Ability to communicate professional, effectively both oral and written communication

Ability to work independently

Any graduate can apply with 1-2 Years of experience.

Work Location -J P Nagar

6 Days of Working including Sundays (1Week day off)

Work Timings Monday to Friday - 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM

Sunday - to 4pm

Preferably looking Female candidates

Joining: - Immediate
