Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

• answer Phones and Handling Enquiries.

• greeting Visitors Warmly and Making Them Seated.

• ensure Reception Area is Tidy.

• coordinate Office Activities.

• arrange Appointments, Send Email and Texts.

• perform Basic Bookkeeping, Filing, and Clerical Duties.

• take and Reply Messages.

• update Leads On Sheets, Which are Received On Mail Every Day.

• generating Invoices and Making Note of the Invoice No.’s.

• timely Payment of Monthly Bills.

• keeping Record of all the Bills and Expenses.

• collecting the Gst Data from the Bills and Invoices Every Month and Forwarding the Same to Ca.

• doing Minimal Bank Jobs like Depositing Cash, Cheque, Challan Etc.

• whenever Required, Go to Developer’s Office to Submit Invoices and Receive Cheques On Behalf of the Company.
