SPM HR SOLUTIONS Hiring for a Diagnostics Centre

Designation: Front office / Receptionist (Telecalling, Registration & Billing, Dispatch)

Loaction : Chennai ( Purasaivakkam & Nungambakkam )

Age: 23 – 35

Gender : Both Male & Female

Education: Any Degree

CTC : 9 K to 13 K

Qualification: Any Degree

Experience: 1year & Above

Working Time: 8hrs .30 min(rotational shift -no night shift for females) Shift Timing : 6 am to 2.30 pm & 12.30 pm to 9 pm & 9 pm to 7 am

Job Description

To register, details of referral doctor & guide the patient to the concerned department with care and to provide any assistance as per the patients need

To Coordinate and brief the concerned department about the patient

To give a realistic time to the patient, relatives on the dispatch of reports

To coordinate and take responsibility for the preparation and dispatch of reports on time

To identify the mode of payment

Careful handling of cash and maintaining the record of cash, credit and dues

Cash, bills, bill summary to be carefully handed over to the accounts department
