Job Description

• Being face of the company and assisting team and handling day to day activities of the company.

- Handling visitors, making entries in log books, attending incoming calls taking messages, forwarding the calls to the appropriate sections of people, take care of entire front office related activities, Excellent communication skill.

- Assist people smoothly with a smile on face and should actively interact with them

- Greet people warmly and make sure they are comfortable.

- Handling counter billing & Cash settlement

- Daily reports on number of invoices billed.

- Handling calls & Handling customer queries.
