· Responsible for synthesizing & developing new products from lab with process improvement skills.

· Modification /Improvement in existing products/ processes as per customer needs & marketing/manufacturing departmental requirements

· Responsible for API bulk drugs new product development process & improvement

· Responsible for literature search with various scientific softwares

· Responsible for advanced technologies in synthesis & analysis

· Overall in charge of API product and method development activities in the department

· Approving master formula record

· Responsible to provide training to subordinate

· Ability to plan & review calibrations activity

· Responsible for approving procedure for departmental of SOP's.

· Review of pilot /validation batch stability data

· Checking of daily trail summary

· Raw material selection for API formulation

· Checking of daily trail summary

· Work according to appropriate SOP's GMP's and food safety guidelines

· Approval to design plan of new product or process development
