Quality Management Of International BPO Company

US/UK Clients

Team handling and Management, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt

Managing team, Quality Call Audit of Employees

Devising & establishing a company's quality procedures, standards & specifications

Mentoring & provide feedback to the employee

Defining quality procedures and planing

Using relevant quality tools

Conduct regular Audits & Checks on the team & Quality Assurance

Desired Candidate

BPO experience is must

Must have at least 1 year of experience as Senior Manager Quality

Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt Preferred

Should know of Quality KPIs & KRAs

Immediate Joiners

Excellent Communication skills

Flexible with shifts
