BE Civil/ Diploma 7 -10 Years

Should have handled QC lab and must be fully aware of highways Specs/ MORTH/ IS Codes relevant to Material testing, Job Mix design, good understanding of bituminous layers and plant funding with material handling and testing needed for same.

Should be able to control quality, maintain records of tests on regular basis.

Control on contractors resources and coordination with project client/ Engineer is essential

O&M experience of BOT Highway is preferred

Planning, Billing execution & supervision, quality requirement and understanding traffic lane management
Candidate should be able to coordinate with project clients/ Engineer and CGV client for approval of work and measurement etc.
Must understand needs of working in Metro/ Urban setup with day/ Night shift requests.
Control on contractor for quality issues and regulating progress.
Record keeping and daily reporting is needed.
