There is urgent requirement for the post of Quality EngineerCivil with 1 to 5 yrs experience

Below is job description:

To ensure sites are built as per defined quality standards a) Prepare inspection plan in advance along with CQH for respective clusters/areas based on the projections received from Deployment. To arrange and collate Site Type, Tower Type, Land Size, BTS type, Standard Designs & BOQs in advance from CQH.

b) Timely coordination with Vendor/Deployment/PMC for undertaking inspection work.

c) Conduct Civil and Tower AT inspection of sites with reference to documents (BOQ, Drawing, Check list, Specification) using all necessary tools and all manually written check list to be supported with site photograph.

d) Prepare inspection report using the checklist. Fill up checklist appropriately as per desired standard.

e) Conduct site visits during major foundation activity and tower installation work along with Deployment team.

f) Identify Punch Points (if any) and share it with respective site vendors and PMC/TSP for rectification as per SLA. Also share the same with CQH.

g) Verify rectification status of all punch points observed in previous inspection and provideFAT certifications, if cleared.

h) Train vendors to avoid critical punch points in order to increase FTR ratio.

i) Daily planning and reporting of visits and inspections (planned vs. actual)

j) Periodically review work in progress status with CQH.

k) Submit monthly activity summary for respective Clusters.

l) Prepare as built layout drawing and submit along with final Site AT reports summary.

m) Verify BOQ Compliance- inform deviations, if any to CQH

n) Generate site wise FAT reports and keep records till RFI status of sites.

o) Submit site wise report along with pictures as per the inspection guidelines.

p) Carry out inspection at tower strengthening sites post completion by TPA and certify AT post clearance of Punch points.
