Job Description

Act as a catalyst for change and improvement

in performance and quality

Develop QAP (Quality Assurance Plans) by

conducting hazard analysis; identifying critical

control points and preventive measures;

establishing critical limits, monitoring

procedures, corrective actions, and

verification procedures; monitoring

inventories.

Validate quality processes by establishing

execution specifications and quality

attributes; measuring work done;

documenting evidence; determining

operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures.

Maintain and improve project execution quality by conducting company, system, compliance, and surveillance audits; investigating customer complaints; collaborating with other members of management to develop improvement practices

Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations.

Assure the reliability and consistency of project execution by checking processes and final output

Update job knowledge by studying trends in and developments in quality management; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Set customer service standards and make sure they are satisfied

Monitor all operations that affect quality

Supervise and guide project team

Report all issues to COO and ensure

immediate action

Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and

analyzing quality data

Review current standards and policies

Keep records of quality reports, statistical

reviews and relevant documentation

Ensure all legal standards are met

Communicate with external quality assurance

officers during on-site inspections
