minimum 2 Years of Experience in Outbound Voice Process (at Least 6 Months as a Quality Executive, Verifier)
roles and Responsibilities:
auditing the Calls and Preparing Quality Scorecards
training Employees and New Joiners
analyzing the Quality Scores, and Providing Feedback to Improve Quality and Overall Performance
implementing the Best Quality Practices for Process Improvements
provide Feedback & Coaching Directly to Team Leaders and Employees and Work with Them Directly to Improve Agent Communication
conducting Knowledge Check Programs At Regular Intervals
experience:
2-3 Years of Experience in Bpo/call Center/customer Care
previous Experience in Quality is Advantage
languages: Good Communication in English is Mandatory
