Job Description

Academic Qualifications:

B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech, and MSc - IT/Computers preferable.

Experience and Skills :

Overall 8+ years of experience, in which Minimum 5+ years of experience in Software Testing, QC Project Management experience with web applications and Web Services. Should have played the role of Technical Test Manager or Test Lead managing minimum of 7 resources or more.

Must have experience working in different types of Testing engagements like functional testing, Test Automation, Performance Testing, Load Testing and Unit Testing.

Must be hands on experience in licensed and open source test automation tools like Selenium and JMeter, Load Runner and similar tools.

Must have hands on experience in web services testing (both manual and automation) on SOAP and Restful API’s.

Must have exposure or good knowledge and understanding on Cloud based Architecture.

Must have 2+ years of experience testing SaaS based products.

Must have hands on experience on security testing, specifically Vulnerability and Penetration testing.

Must have experience on CI/CD and Jenkins, Maven or similar tools.

Must have led the design and implementation of Testing related accelerators, solutions and frameworks

Monitor the project from the quality aspects of the delivered product and success of test effort.

Must be good at Test Methodologies, TDD and CAPA (Corrective Action and Preventive Action).

Responsibilities

Responsible for Test strategy, Test plan development and implementation.

Responsible to create and review Testing requirements and specifications.

Responsible for development of test project plans, test schedule, and detailed test cases establishing requisite coverage.

Identify and implement areas for improving efficiency, shortening of test cycles, and test automation.

Provide time estimates for testing projects during development.

Testing resources management and optimized utilization throughout the course of SDLC lifecycle.

 Responsible for defining & implementing software development methodologies & project management methodologies that ensure successful delivery of Quality products on time.
 Responsible for all testing aspects such as but not limited to unit testing, performance testing, security testing, load testing, regression testing & System integration testing.
 Responsible for CAPA, and ensuring “Zero Defects” related to field escapes.
 Responsible for UX/UI in transforming the existing application in to the modern look & feel to give the best digital experience.
 Responsible for hiring/on-boarding/training/Mentoring/Developing strong communication skills, interaction skills and building great teams that demonstrates great team work. Keep the team up to date on emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
 10 – 15 Years of experience in which min 5 years of proven track record in handling multiple, complex projects/ product releases and keeping track of details of each project in parallel
