Job Description

Maintenance of records and generation of all MIS involved in purchase operations.

Coordinating with the respective stores and user department in interpreting right specifications to minimize lead time in procurement of goods and in standardization.

Reviewing all the purchase requisitions prior to ordering to ensure that proper authorization has been made and requests for a review of the same if felt necessary.

Important Note: Experience in Purchase department in construction field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

a. Vendor Development / Vendor Management

b. Supply Chain Management

c. Purchase & Procurement of Material

d. Material Management

e. Direct Purchase of IT, Project and Transport Equipments

f. Computer Proficiency

Mandatory Skills:

1. To operate the Purchase activities.

2. To conduct market survey efficiently

3. Must have awareness of Industry and business environment

4. Must be process and result oriented.

5. Knowledge of rate analyses of various items & material is needed.

6.Good Communication and negotiation skills
