Job Description

• Generating Sales enquiries through search engines and databases

• Talking to the prospective lead contact numbers and getting their requirements

• Documenting the same in the respective software sheets.

• Making proposals and sending them.

• Vigourous follow ups on the proposals sent through telephone and mails.

• Arranging meeting with Customers. Meeting the customer to discuss about their requirement in detail if necessary in the office.

• Closing new orders with Involvement of sales head.

• Preparing offer status report

• Maintaining payment table for closed orders

• Follow-up on order dispatch (both new machines as well as spare parts)

• Sending introductory emails to leads generated through trade fairs or those which come through Principals or agents. The inquiry is then forwarded to technical team for technical discussions

• Processing orders for spares, proforma/OC, payment, delivery etc.

• Maintaining sufficient stock of leaflets/brochures/catalogues

- Well conversant in English : This is a must
