Property Manager

Details of the job: -

- The Property Manager would be responsible for all over management and operations of the said

traveler's Hostel, Zostel Goa.

- He'll get full freedom to work on the property according to his wisdom and will have to adhere to

strict guidelines and timelines.

- The work is in a stress free environment in North Goa, with full cover on Accommodation and Food.

- The job of the Property manager is a full time job.

Job Tasks: -

- 1. Customer Engagement Activities

Description - The property manager has to prepare a weekly plan of the activities to be organised

and share it with the Directors before the start of the week. He should use our online booking portal

to estimate the everyday occupancy and chalk out a plan for the week. The task of everyday

organisation and prompt promotion and notification of the activities also falls in the hands of the

property manager.

- 2. Customer Engagement

Description - The property manager should have an idea/knowledge about every guest staying at

the hostel. The motive behind this step is to have an active interaction with them and making sure

that no one is having a bad experience. An important part of this tasks lies in getting the Feedback

forms filled by the guest after 24 hours of the stay, so that whatever issue the guest is facing can be

solved then and there.

- 3. Review Front

Description - The property manager is accountable for handling all the review related campaigns.

- 4. Integrity Checks -

Description - The Property Manager should hold integrity checks for all the employees working on

the property. These checks include: -

- Cleanliness Checks

- Functionality Checks
