Project manager is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control and completion of project, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.

Responsibilities will be-

Plan and implement projects

Help define project scope, goals and deliverable

Define tasks and required resources

4. Collect and manage project team

Manage budget

Allocate project resources

Create schedule and project timeline

Trackdeliverable

Support and direct team

Lead quality assurance

Monitor and report on project progress

Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions

Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs

Evaluate and assess result of project

Work Experience

Must have worked as Project Manager in an Electronics Products Development and Manufacturing company for atleast 3 years

Should have handled the project team of a size of more than 10 members

Should have extensively used the project management and tracking tools / software and techniques

Experience of configuring and working on OpenProject will be preferred

Must be involved in the controlling of Budget and Schedule of projects

Must have experience of handling multiple projects simultaneously running, conflict management and resolution

Must have experience of project progress monitoring and reporting to stakeholders and sponsors

Must be conversant with the change management and tracking changes, risk assessment and mitigation

Must have participated in atleast 5 completed mid sized product development projects (schedule of 12-26 weeks) from scope definition to implementation and maintenance phase in a lead roll, preferably as a manager 10. Must be conversant with the project documentation of all phases

Qualification : Bachelor of Computer Application Bachelor of Science
