Job Description

Project Management

Liaise with our Founding Partners and Business Heads from diverse typologies and functions - key tasks would include providing advice on efficient project deliveries at site, top consultant empanelment and deliveries, contractual issues, design scopes, fees and payments.​

Assist in maintaining compliance with project resourcing plans

Thorough knowledge of and compliance with Morphogenesis procedures and standards and local bye laws, GRIHA, NBCC guidelines

Support the Architects in successful and efficient project delivery and quality control across studio projects. Assist in the preparation of preliminary design and construction programmes and resource cost estimate

Knowledge Management

Establish studio knowledge management through standardization of CAD, graphic & layering standards, templates, details, components, services, project description, library, research material, vendor management, samples, specifications etc

Organizing technical training programs along with HR, based upon training need analysis in various operations related fields

Qualification : b.arch Masters/ Diploma in Project or Construction Management
