Job Description



5 yrs of experience in Real Estate sector.


Diploma in Civil Draughtsmanship/Civil Engineering

a. Understand the Project requirements; establish Project phases, scope and

functionaries, Project brief, design brief

b. Undertake the tendering process to appoint the architect team and consultants team

c. Liaising with multiple entities within the Company and act as the point of contact and

communicate project status to all stake holders.

d. Establishing and recording the Projects communication protocol.

e. Design coordination and make sure the design proposed by Architects and

Consultants are as per Companys expectations.

f. Develop a detailed Project and contracting strategy, including resource allocation

from the various consultants, designers, engineers, vendors and other participants in

the Project, if required at this stage.

g. Assist Company in evaluation of design and specification, makes of materials with the

appointed Design Team and Consultants.

h. Preparing/Checking of detailed BOQ of project, issue of tender documents, RFP &

RFQ excluding procurement of material and uploading the same on ERP.

i. Develop the Project strategy w.r.t. time Schedule and cost estimates for the Project in

consultation with the Project team

j. Monitor project progress and handle all site technical drawing related issues.

k. Arrange for site progress, design review & all monthly meetings. Record minutes of

meetings and circulate to all stake holders.

l. Providing value engineering by undertaking workshop with consultants & various

appointed contractors.

Design & Tendering Design Brief Preparation

a. Coordinate with the Company, Design team, Consultants, advisors and the like in

connection with the Project.

b. Provide inputs for the design and specification of materials proposed by the Architect

Team and Consultants for the project based on the Project Brief and in coordination

with the cost and tim
