Job Description

Applications are invited from highly motivated Indian nationals for the position of Junior Research Fellow funded by the Inter-University Accelerator Centre (IUAC), New Delhi, under the sponsored project (IUAC/XIII.3A/UFR-64313 dated July 31, 2018) entitled “Competition between intrinsic and non-axial collective states in Au isotopes”. The details of position and minimum qualifications are as follow

Essential Qualification & Experience : M.Sc. in Physics (specialization in Nuclear Physics desirable). The candidate must have obtained a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent in both Bachelors' and Masters' degrees. NET qualified candidates will be given preference.

Age Limit : Below 28 years on the last date of application; this may be relaxed for reserved category candidates as per the rules of the Government of India.

University of Mumbai-Department of Atomic Energy Centre for Excellence in Basic Sciences (UM-DAE CEBS) has been established on the Kalina campus of the University of Mumbai.
Qualifications & Experience : BSc 1st division in Chemistry (preferably Physical Chemistry)/Life Sciences. Duties will include operation and maintenance of Isothermal Titration Calorimetry and general laboratory duties along with other functions.
Age: Below 28 years.
