Job Description

The Project Coordinator at Xapton will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing

projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. He / She will also effectively monitor

and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, Project Manager, or project team members.


Managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time Completion

Document the project specifications

Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

Monitor project deliverables

Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress

Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

Developing schedules and methods for measuring results

Will be responsible for accurate reporting of project development to manager

Assess risk and raise issues to the management

Keeping track of the projects by recording activities in relevant Project Management tool

Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.

Preferred Skill set:

Good verbal & written communication skill

Working knowledge of software development technologies

Time management


Analytical and problem-solving abilities

Team-management skills


Bachelor's Degree (B.E., B. Tech., B.C.A. ) or equivalent is a must

Relevant experience of 0 to 1 year


IT-Hardware & Networking / IT-Software / Software Services
