Job Roles & Responsibilities

1. foundry - Castings, Heat Treatment, Melting, Die Maintenance,

2. Cnc - Cnc - Vtl, Cnc-vmc, Turning Center, Robot Operators, Setters, Programmers and Having Knowledge On Fixture, Tooling Drawing Study & Quality.

3. Mechanical Maintenance - Air Compressors, Water Treatment Plant, Water Pumps, Cnc Machine Maintenance & Trouble Shooting & Hydraulics & Gear Box.

4. Maintenance Electrical - Relay Logic, Plc, Motor Over Hauling, all Type of Starters, Acb's Power Transformers, Dg

5. Paint Line - Surface Preparation & Coating, Pre Treatment Process, Application of Powder & Paints,Trouble Shooting, Conveyors & Owens, Ahu & Chillers.
