Production Manager

Job responsibility :

Production managers are responsible for the productivity management, supervision and control of industrial production processes.

Must prepare a report after the completion of the production work with all necessary documents.

Need to ensure the quality and hygiene of the product

liaison with buyers, marketing and sales staff.

Mandatory Skills :

Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.

Develops new & improved methods and systems for food processing, production, quality control, packaging, and distribution.

Set clear objectives for subordinates in order to maximize their performance and efficiency and ensure that all are properly trained.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Desirable Skills :

Specialize in food technology, such as product development, quality control, or production inspection

Educational Qualification :

Bachelors Degree in Food Technology/Post Graduate Degree in Same
