Job Description

Position: Factory Manager

Salary: 7000-8000QAR (1,32,000 (per month)

Location: Doha Qatar

1. Indian Nationality is preferred.

2. Must be graduated in Textile production/Fashion and Textile management/Fashion and clothing technology.

3. 2 - 3 years of experience in Textiles production/ Fashion and textile management/ Fashion and clothing technology.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Make sure Factory equipment is running at optimal efficiency. They create a maintenance procedure for every machine and ensure factory employees follow this procedure regularly.

2. Hire and train Factory staff: participate in interviewing selecting candidates, also train new hires on factory policies and procedures.

3.Planning Organizing, Direction and running optimum day-to-day operations(cutting-sewing-finishing-packing).

4. Managing overall operation of the production and giving instruction to the line supervisors to ensure that the production runs smoothly, good produced are of the right quality

5. Lead the factory change and implement a garment manufacturing standard.

6. High team management skills and dealing with a different culture of the worker.
