Job Description

1. Reach out to enterprise clients through lead follow-up and emails

2. Understand the entire gamut of Hippo Innovations products: Store Hippo and Ship Karo

3. Handle B2B clients and assist them if they want to inquire

4. Provide assistance to sales, IT, and other departments

5. Gather enterprise client customization queries followed up with resource planning with IT, sales, and accounts department

6. Interact with B2B clients and handle their queries through email, calls, and help forums
