Job Description

Job Purpose: Handling channel partner and customer

Responsibilities:

Supports the success of an assigned team of salespeople, including Account Managers, and Business Development Sales Representatives.

Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines.

Provides coaching and professional development to team-member sales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.

Lead demand-generating marketing activities in the assigned the market for the assigned product specialty.

Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.

Coordinate the customer involvement of other company personnel when needed, including support resources, team members, and management.

Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the companys customer base and ensures its strong presence

Drive the Complete sales process from identifying/Qualifying the requirement until the closure with proper understanding and providing the correct solution.

Handling the Existing channel partner /Customer and continuous growth in the no of partner/customer

Helping the Channel partner with the joint visit at the customer for closure.

Complete ownership of the region to drive the sales numbers.

Continuous engagement with channel partners and customers for business development.
