To take ownership of the Catalogue plan and be responsible for developing the long term and short term Catalogue Strategies, in order to aid customer retention and acquisition, improve mailing efficiencies, working closely with the Marketing & Communications Director.
Be a key member of the ISP team and manage the Catalogue ISP requirements, planning and developing the seasonal plan in line with our other sales channels.
To provide proactive, efficient and reliable project management of catalogues, from initial point of enquiry through to completion of project.
Working as above, to develop the long term and short term direct mail data strategy and segmentations - continuing to improve customer acquisition, retention and lifetime value.
Interpreting data and writing data briefs in order to maximise each mailing.
Develop short/medium/long term communication plans and contact strategies.
To develop the long term targets for each catalogue mailing in order to deliver the agreed sales targets working the Head of Online.
Responsible for end-to-end production of planned & reactive direct mail activity.
To provide accurate competitive Project Specification & Quotation Documents on time for approval.
To maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor companies, competitor activity and current market prices.
To regularly monitor costs to ensure we supply competitively priced high quality mailings.
Day-to-day contact with Graphics Production Coordinator and Marketing & Communications Director.
Control of 3rd party suppliers and agencies.
Work in a proactive marketing environment where a passion and enthusiasm for marketing our brand is essential.
To oversee the Catalogue channel and report to the Marketing & Communications Director and rest of the business on performance.
Ensuring all tasks are effectively carried out and completed on time and within budget.
Production of weekly status reports to show production workflow.
