Urgent requirement of Process Trainer (Real Estate Process), with one of the leading MNC Company in ITES Sector

Designation: Process Trainer

Education: Preferably Graduate.

Experience: 1 year as a Trainer

Shift: 24 *7with 1 rotational week-off

Location: Chandivali (Mumbai)

Job Description

Primary Functions/Responsibilities:

-Ensure CSRs are aware of client SLAs

-Train new team members on complete product and process knowledge and/or relevant program-specific skills

-Ensure trainees’ performance fitness prior to go live- qualify performance on completion of training.

-Retraining/coaching existing CSRs in case quality scores/performance levels do not meet the required standards.

-Conduct refresher courses/ retrain for new products and updates. Interactive sessions with teams to generate ideas and have discussion on overall quality issues.

-Maintain records of results of training and retraining programs to provide feedback to CSRS.

-Continuously update self with subject matter expertise in related domain/field

Minimum skills & knowledge:

-Good communication skills

-Training delivery skills

-People management skills

-Coaching & Feedback

-Customer service skills

-Subject Matter Expertise (exceptional)

Desired skills & knowledge:

-Proficiency in MS Office applications – especially MS Excel and MS Word

-COPC Standards Awareness

-Working knowledge of ADDIE based practices
