An advocate for his staff and lets management know when changes need to be made. The staff trust the TL and come to him for any issues.
Masters the processes and constantly works to improve on these. He seeks constant feedback from his team on areas for betterment.
Knows how to grow and nurture teams. Having done this in the past he knows what it takes to develop a highly functional team.
Knows how to train new staff on the processes. He has helped develop training material in the past.
Has good communication skills and can engage with both the India and US staff.
