Primary Responsibilities
Manage end to end the Performance Management Process for the aligned location or divisions
Work with all Stakeholders to drive closure of assessments as per timelines
Handle payouts of variable pay
Provide assistance to the entire PMS process including salary revisions/appraisals
Orient new joiners on the PMS process
Provide support and assistance to supervisors in drafting SOPs and checklist on PMS process
Research on KRAs and Competencies applicable for new roles and create assessment templates
Able to do analysis of performance data as per business needs
Maintain performance management files and guidelines (., Divisonwise KRA & CA files, approval emails, performance review guidelines)
Monitors process related information regularly and ensure adherence to process guidelines.
Candidate can have an experience working in Payroll and PMS (or) C&B and PMS also can be considered.
