1 The concerned person should be a mechanical engineer by profession.

2 The person should have excellency in managing the team.

3 The person should have atleast 15 years of experience as a plant head , maintain the team of atleast 100 subordinates.

4 The person should be from spring industry, preferably hot coil helical springs, if not then the person can be considered from LEAF spring Industry, casting industry, forging industry.

5 The person should have worked atleast for 5 year in an industry/company where railways was a primary customer.

6 The person should be capable of new developments in the existing setup, forming new systems to enhance the productivity, improve quality and streamline the despatches with in deadlines.

7 Implementation of kaizen, six sigma, poka yoke.

8 The person should have a prior experience of advising and implementing new technologies.

9 The person should be capable of running the plant on target basis with budgetary implementation.

10 The person should have well versed knowledge about plant and machinery.
