Job Description

The Planogram Designer is responsible for supporting product styling and campaign execution through the creation of planograms and directives for our client’s National Accounts and Stores. They will partner closely with the Visual Merchandising Managers, Product Merchandising department, Regional In-Store Presentation teams, and Sales department to understand the visual needs and specific assortments for each partner/channel.

Key qualifications include:

• Hands-on experience in Planogram design

• Space planning and product replacement experience/knowledge.

• Requires heavy design experience

• Strong Excel skills

• Must be able to layout stores / create displays

• AutoCad, Shelf Logic, Photoshop, &/or Illustrator experience required

• The ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

• Qualified candidates will be extremely detail-oriented, and must have a positive, easy going personality, to fit into the team.

Responsibilities:

• Build out merchandise planograms based on account specific assortments.

• Create and distribute planogram documents accordingly.

• Create set-up and styling directives based on account specific assortments. Ensure alignment with company standards. Distribute documents accordingly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architect/ Interior Design preferred

• At least 3 years prior related experience in project Management

• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Detail oriented, reliable and self starter

• Speaking Fluent English (Spanish is a plus)
