Strong Knowledge of Core Php is a Must.

Experience On the Latest Version of Cakephp Frameworks is a Plus

Exposure to other Frameworks like Codeigniter, Laravel, Yii Will Be An Added Advantage

Document the Development Process, Architecture, and Standard Components

Strong Understanding of W3c Compliant Html and Css Code.

Strong Php Skills, Both in Scripting and Object Orientation (oops).

Solid Linux Background (ubuntu or Centos Preferrd).
