Job Description

1. Supervise day to day operations of pharmacies under him.

2. Auditing stock and records on every visit.

3. Indenting of stock to the concerned authorities

4. Keeping check on receipt and non-receipt of stock

5. Check on ordering, receipt, storage, dispensing and return of stock

6. Keeping record of expiry of stock.

7. Receive daily, monthly sales till date data from stores under him and compile and send to Deputy CEO.

8. Managing, Supervising, training, guiding and motivating Pharmacy Officer (Pharmacist) & Sales Executive (Pharma)

9. Attending audit of physical stock for one store in a month for every store.

10. Reducing expiry and/or damage by 0.5% of monthly/yearly turnover

11. Attempt to increase sales

12. Achieve monthly and yearly sales & activity targets.

13. Reduce cost of operations.

14. Ensure payment of rent, electricity bill, phone and internet bill from time to time for the store.

15. Taking care of repair & maintenance of anything, if required.

16. Take up responsibility of initiating new pharmacy store.

17. Will have to travel in various locations mostly in Gujarat.

18. Attempt to increase sales and achieve & surpass target
