1. Facilitates preparation of Drug Master File and pertinent dossiers in line with current regulatory requirements

2. Submits applications for initial, renewal and amendment of licenses, certificates and other pertinent regulatory permits in a timely manner

3. Ensures that necessary licenses/permits needed for the operation of the establishment are valid

4. Coordinates with other departments of the organization in the acquisition of documents for regulatory compliance

5. May act as Quality Assurance Officer to ensure and monitor the compliance of establishment with current regulatory standards

6. Ensures that the specified quality of all incoming goods and finished products are preserved and maintained from the time they are received, stored, and delivered to clients

7. Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by superiors such as functioning as a liaison officer, perform some secretarial tasks and etc.

8. He should have experience in regulatory works. For example, processing drug licenses, product licenses, has competent knowledge in regards to FSSAI or FDA procedures, trademarking procedures, other relating steps and procedures regarding product storage, distribution which is in line with the mandatory policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. BS Pharmacy graduate

2. Must a valid pharmacist certificate

3. With at least 1 year of experience in the related field (preferably a Pharmacists that has a certain field of experience in regulatory works)

4. With adequate knowledge on government regulations and pertinent regulatory issuances

5. Must possess a good command of the English language and an ability to compose effective technical correspondence

6. MS Office Proficient (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint)

7. Must be able to work well under pressure and willing to work overtime
