Sales Coordinator
Job Description:
Sales-MIS Generation, (Primary Sales, Secondary Sales, Collections etc)
Preparation of various reports on sales, free issues, expiry, collection, outstanding, inventory, filed activity, etc.
To co-ordinate with sales team for timely getting sales statement, Collection data, tour program etc. & compilation of the same.
To Draft incentive scheme as per requirement & calculation of Incentive after finalization of sales data.
To ensure timely dispatch and delivery of promotional inputs/samples.
Communication with field force regarding web reports and ensure smooth functionally of the reporting software.
Providing report on various promotional expenses Vs sales.
Send emails to filed regarding field force activities/ Drs Call average/sales,
Field management support functions
Desired Candidate Profile:
Education:
Any graduation (BSc/ D Pharma / B Pharma)
Experience:
1-2 years experience with Pharma sales co-ordination, who understand Pharma industry, various terminology related to sales and working of the same.
MS office (word/excel/power point)
Good communication skills
