The Nainital Bank Limited is around a centuryold Private Sector Scheduled Commercial Bank established in the year 1922 by Bharat Ratna Late Pt. Govind Ballabh Pant and few other prominent personalities of Nainital. To fulfil its manpower requirement, The Bank intends to recruit -35- Probationary Offices in Grade/Scale-I and -60- Specialist Officers in Grade/Scale-I in the stream of Credit, Agriculture, IT, Personnel, Law. The Bank, accordingly invites online applications from eligible candidates fulfilling the following eligibility criteria:

Educational Qualification : The candidate should have secured minimum 60% marks in Graduation/ Post Graduation along with following professional qualification.

Professional Qualification : The candidate should have full time (i.e. Correspondence/ distance learning programme shall not be considered) Master’s Degree in Business Management/ Administration/ Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with minimum 60% marks with specialization in Human Resource Management. Degree in Law (Professional/ Academic) would have preference.

Experience : Candidate having 1-2 years’ experience in the related field will be given preference.

Age Limit : Candidates should be in the age group of 21-28 years as on 31.05.2019.

About The Nainital Bank Limited

The Nainital Bank Limited was established in the year 1922 with the objective to cater banking needs of the people of the region. In the year 1973, Reserve Bank of India directed Bank of Baroda,a premier nationalized bank, to manage the affairs of the Nainital Bank Limited.
Qualification and Experience:
Essential : He/she should be a qualified Chartered Accountant.
Desirable : Additional Degrees viz. CFA/MBA (Finance)/Certificate in Financial Risk Management from internationally acclaimed University/Associations.
Experience : He/she should be a qualified Chartered Accountant. Fifteen years in overseeing financial operations,preferably accounting and taxation matters,in banks/large corporates/PSUs/FIs/financial services organizations,of which 10 years should be in Banks/FIs (of which five years should be at senior management level).
Desirable Experience : The Candidate should be working as a full time Chief Financial Officer or in an equivalent position in a regular capacity-and not in a contractual/adhoc capacity.
Age Limit : The applicant should be between 35-50 years of age.
