Looking for good looking independent and matured female candidate within age of 18 to 25 years as Personal Assistant / Personal Secretary.

Job Summary

maintain executive agenda and assist in planning appointments board meetings conference etc.

Attend meeting and keep minutes.

Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.

Handle and priorities all outgoing and incoming correspondence.

Make travel arrangements for executives.

Handle confidential Documents ensuring they remain secure.

Responsibilities and Duties

Prepare invoice and financial statements and provide assistance in book keeping.

Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective order.

Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organised and easily accessible.
