Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.

Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.

Typing, compiling and preparing reports.

Managing databases and filing systems.

Liaising with staff and clients.

Collating and filing expenses.

Miscellaneous tasks to support the manager.
