Job Description

Responsibilities typically include:

1. Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.

2. Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments,

3. Often controlling access to the manager/executive booking and arranging travel,

4. Transport and accommodation

5. Organizing events and conferences

6. Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.

7. Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.

8. Managing databases and filing systems.

9. Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems. Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.

10. Collating and filing expenses.

11. Miscellaneous tasks to support their manager, which will vary according to the sector and to the manager’s remit, e.g. completing some corporate governance reporting (to ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations) or conducting research.

Main responsibilities -
To arrange for site visits and regular follow up with the clients till closure.
Should have good communication skill.
Positive attitude for meeting new people.
Bringing new clients and agencies on board.
Negotiating with customers.
Maintaining good relationship with customers pre and post sales.
Able to convince clients/customers.
Maintaining accurate records - Lead, site visit, customer profile.
Updating daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Responsible for handling Sales for the assigned projects.
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
Follow up with prospect clients from leads received.
Comfortable in traveling to client’s location if and when required.
