Job Description

To plan and carry out operations of the store, so as to maintain smooth functioning of the store with focus on sales up gradation by maintaining high standards, in accordance with agreed business plans.

Night Shift Preferable 3PM -11 PM

Ensure upkeep of store premises & manage all the equipment's of the store for smooth operational flow.

To carry out staff meeting at periodic intervals and ensure motivation of the team.

Preparing different kinds of reports on food cost, inventory, wastage, P&L.

Candidate will be responsible for handling Day to day operations, shift Management, Inventory, Food Cost etc

Responsibilities and Duties

To ensure implementation of promotional activities and create awareness of the company brand

Identify potential customers and customize selling approach to cross sell/ up-sell

Regular analysis of sales and stocks region / store / category wise

To prepare various reports as per the timelines, daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly

Self-development

Formulating strategies & recommending business development initiatives / workable business ideas

To ensure that all team members are groomed as per company standards and adhere to the code of conduct

To ensure superior customer service at all times

Maximize the store Profitability and Productivity by following the productivity parameters

Planning and achieving the daily / monthly Store as well as category sales Targets of the stores

Handling Customer queries

Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results

Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable

Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales

Identify Franchise Partners as per the Franchise business plan.
Identify Franchise partners for key identified markets
Ensure end to end ownership for Franchise sign ups and setup.
Coordinate with Franchise partners to make business plans and track business
Daily, Weekly & Monthly reporting as per company guidelines
Tracking and reporting competition in the market and taking appropriate actions to stay a step ahead.
Coordinate with support functions at Head Office.
Prepare and execute the marketing strategy for Company’s’ franchisee opportunity: attracting newer franchisees.
Develop the budget for franchise development. Monitor and ensure that budgets are met.
Screen potential franchisee by analysing investment requirements, franchisee’s potential, and financials, franchisee experience and vision
Finalize the deal with franchisee by negotiating terms and conditions of each franchisee agreement
Responsible for the launch and development of the franchisee as per the agreed terms and conditions.
Go outside visit or meeting, if the client is not able to join for further
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Selling: Concepts, Business Strategy, Corporate services, Marketing, PR. Should be very good at Sales and Business Development.
Communication: Presentable, inter-office coordination
Personality: Great Interpersonal Skills, Good Communication and a pleasing personality.
Analytical: Understand franchiser businesses and ability to match franchisee’s requirements with franchiser's vision.
Track Record: Go Getter, must have Persistence, Result Oriented and be able to achieve revenue targets. Must have a proven track record.
Outlook: Absolute professional with long term career focus. High ethical standards of integrity & dependability
