Job Description

1. Planning and execution of operations

2. Managing day-to-day activities of project execution/operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of Managed services

3. Conducting required training programs to all users of the Managed Services

4. Review of delivery quality and reporting

5. Overseeing the inventory, distribution of goods and facilities

6. Budget preparation for the operations

7. Managing and improving the effectiveness of operations

8. Preparation and submission of Management reports

9. Providing and ensuring adequate and timely support to end-users

10. Scheduling and managing periodic customer reviews

Skills:

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

• Working knowledge of any Project Management tool

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Organized and able to meet deadlines

Experience:

1. At least 7 to 10 years experience in managing Technology-enabled deployment / operations & services

2. Managing a team of 20-30 people

3. Experience in software/hardware deployment & providing support

4. Customer handling skills

5. Reporting to customer & management

6. Exposure to quality standards like ISO will be a plus

Languages:

Essential - English, Kannada

Preferable – Hindi, Tamil, Konkani, Tulu
