Job Description

Responsible for the successful day-to-day operations of the shop, quality products, quality service, and quality work environment.

• Is responsible for supervising shifts at the assigned restaurant during his/her shift.

• guest service and satisfaction

• Customer feedback mechanism

• Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs.

• Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.

• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times.

• Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.

• Spontaneously address customers concerns..

• Rapport building with VIPs and regular Guests through mailers, telephone calls etc.

• Provide advice and suggestions to the General Manager as needed, particularly in the areas related to sales, work process, employees’ retention and satisfaction and guest relations improvement.

• Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the Park preventative maintenance programs.
