Job Description

Processing orders and planning the dispatching of products

Monitoring space and tracking stock levels

Planning rotas

Meeting productivity targets

Maintaining computerized admin (often in spreadsheet form)

Maintaining automated storage and retrieval systems

Recruiting, disciplining and training staff

Scheduling equipment maintenance and replacing when required

Warehouse inventory management

Coordinating with Laundry vendors to ensure timely in stoking of outfits

Tracking of damaged outfits and redressed for same

Tracking of each outfit from inventory, delivered and picked up from customer packaging of Dresses

We are looking to hire a Warehouse manager for our warehouse. The warehouse manager will increase company profitability & customer satisfaction by overseeing warehouse operations in a safe, secure, efficient and cost-effective manner that complies with company policy and other applicable regulations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Supervise and schedule warehouse and delivery staff to ensure safe and efficient operation of all warehouse functions

Manage the entire warehouse operations from shipment receipts to order management, picking, and Inventory management to order fulfillment.

To ensure the orders received are dispatched accurately and within specified timelines.

Preparing NDR (Non Delivery Report) & RTO (Return to Origin) Report.

Define SLAs in consultation with the management and make efforts to control and maintain them.

Oversee warehouse operations to exceed expectations for productivity, daily workflow, product availability and accuracy

Manage stock Receiving, Put away, Picking, Packing & Dispatch operations

Develop key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the warehouse operations

Keeping stock control systems up to date and making sure inventories are accurate at all times

Conduct quality check and ensure all items meet with the quality criteria.
