Job Description

Hiring for Operation Manager

regular Roles and Responsibilities.

• assist in the Definition of Project Scope and Objectives.

• ensure Resource Availability and Allocation of Files Within Departments.

• weekly Report Preparation for Project, Process and Training.

• develop and Update the Detailed Project Plan to Monitor and Track Progress.

• manage Changes to the Project Scope & Process Sequence.

• maintenance of Proper File/folder Structure

• measure Project Performance Using Appropriate Tools and Techniques.

• report and Escalate to Management as Needed.

• create and Maintain Comprehensive Project Documentation.

• delegate Project Tasks Based On Junior Staff Member’s Individual Strengths, Skill Sets and Experience Levels.

• perform other Related Duties as Assigned.

• develop Spreadsheets, Word Files, Diagrams and Process Maps to Document Needs.

skills Required

• excellent Internal Communication Skills.

• excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.

• solid Organizational Skills Including Attention to Detail and Multitasking Skills.

• strong Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Specifically Microsoft Excel.
