1. Day Opening Process :Ensure TOS conducts day opening process effectively & accurately:
A. Morning Discipline :Ensure all Field staff are engaged and report on time for a 7’0’ clock kick off from Hub.
o Put in processes for this to be on auto pilot- carrot & stick policy to be enforced.
o Note absentees and validate reason. Casual staff to be disciplined. Alternate manpower to be cast into Business plan.
o T Shirts are worn by all
o Cart Hygiene and general personal & cleanliness to be checked.
o Perform Day Opening Activities and share data with Management.
o Quality of display of stock, charge of battery bank, charge of tabs,printer etc etc,
B. Business Model Compliance :Ensure Business Model compliance -Stationery Point-MDU-Street Vending
2. Business Development Activities
i. Discuss and review with weak performing SCO/SCA and handhold for better output.
ii. Identify Gaps in Business Modeling-correct & optimize
3. Revenue Generation & Enhancement Activities within our business models :
i. MDU :
• In the assigned geography identify large apartment complexes, engage with association and obtain permissions to set up shop in shop in large apartment complexes. Maintain Harmonious relationship with all Apartment owners’ association representatives.
• For MDU which we are servicing identify opportunities for improvement and revenue enhancement.
ii. Street Vending :
• In the assigned channel/vertical identify routes for the smart cart Model and ensure plying of the Smart Cart is conducted efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure Collective Adressal as a concept is practiced and motivate SCO/SCA to make that a permanent business model.
• Ensure Revenue Per Hour is measured and operations conducted on this model.
iii. Stationery Point:
• Ensure Robust evening plan is identified and commenced.
4. Day Closing Activities
i. Indenting - Plan optimally to ensure required product mix is provided for which accounts for higher gross margins.
