Job Description

1. Event Management: CRM

·Understand Client Requirements & Accordingly Plan Out Event


·Manage Event Details Like Choosing The Event Location ,

Arranging The Schedule , Choosing Vendors, Selecting Menu'S, Procuring Accommodation , Creating

& Distributing Marketing Materials ( Invitations, Flyers, Advertisements),

And Arranging Transportation For Attendees.

·Hold Meetings On A Regular Basis To Discuss About Events With

The Team Or To Discuss Issues That May Affect The Smooth Flow Of The Event.

·Anticipate & Solve Problems That Might Take Place And Then

Try And Eliminate Them Before The Event, So That It Does Not Lead To A Block In

The Smooth Functioning Of Events .


& Budgeting The Event:

·Map Out The Complete Schedule For The Whole Event .

·Preparing Budget For Each Process Of The Event & For Each

Type Of Event.

·Responsible For Overlooking The Budget Expenditure & Keeping

It In Check & Ensuring That It Doesn'T Exceed More Than The Estimated



With Vendors:

·Operation Executive Has To Ensure That After The Event Take

Place, The Payments To The Caterers, Staff & All The Vendor Should Be Done.

·The Resource & Vendor Management Has To Be Effectively

Handled By Operations Executive So That Each Event Rolled Out As Per

Client Requirement.


& Reporting:

·Coordinating With The Operations, Marketing & Support

Team To Smoothly Execute The Event.

·Coordinating With All The Vendors For Timely Availability Of

Resources Required For Event.

·Coordinating With Management For Various Budgetary, Design &

Event Execution Approvals.

·Reporting To Management About Each Deliverable Of The Event.



·Identifying New Event, Concepts Which Can Be Carried Out

·Developing New Vendors On Timely Basis.

·Identifying Ways To Deliver Events In Timely & Cost

Effective Manner.
