Shift Timings: Night Shift

Job Description:

1) Sourcing candidates through job Portals, social websites etc.

2) Post positions to appropriate Internet sources

3) Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.

4) Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.

5) Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.

6) Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.

7) Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.

8) Should have passion to make his/her career in US Staffing (Human resources)

9) Absolutely comfortable to work in night shifts (Shift Timings 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM).

10) Should have excellent communication.
