Job Description :

Responsible for store acquisition , accountable for overall sales and selling organization

Execute the distributor strategies to deliver sales, resale fundamentals and build a winning organisation

Instrumental in achieving the organisations vision , by ensuring sustainable and profitable resale operations

Acts as an account manager for planning , sales, execution, deploying & executing stores and ensure sustainable and profitable resale operations

Experience in a front line selling role and distributor handling a team of high caliber people.

Responsibility Measures

1) Business Delivery of secondary Target

2) Coverage Active stores Vs Coverage Target

3)Sales fundamentals 85% Productivity on assigned

4) Talent pipeline Should lead distributor from front and leverage his strengths

5)Resale capability Strong concept selling & negotiation skills

Qualification : Graduate MBA (Sales & Marketing)

Working Days : 6 Days a Week ( to )
