-Solving Technical Issues till resolution and follow up as mandated by the process requirements

-Need to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct common failures.

-Typically provides technical support for Internal Staff.

-Daily system monitoring, verifying and reviewing all server resources, systems and key processes etc.

-Investigating and troubleshoot all issues related to IT infrastructure for internal teams.

-Perform basic level of problem determination for any technical issues which may occur in ticket system, emails etc.

-Ticket triage and escalation to the appropriate level.

-Perform basic software setup.
