Opening for Female Back office Executive in Manimajra location

Designation: Back office Executive

Exp :1-3 years

Location: Manimajra(Chandigarh)

Salary:12k-18k

Gender Preference: females

Looking for active candidates with good comm skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintaining Files & Records so they remain Updated & Easily

Accessible.

2. Sorting & Distributing incoming mails & Prepare Outgoing

Mails.

3. Follow up with the C&F of all the companies for already placed

Orders.

4. Completion of all the required documents in time for supplies.

5. Monitor Stocks of Supplies till the Delivery to the Institution.

6. Complete follow up for all the required work with HO people.

7. Perform other official duties like:-

a. Day to Day Attendance.

b. Create & Maintain daily work of Office Boy. (e.g.)-Hygiene of

Premises, Delivery of Supplies to the Institutions etc.
